Section 50A(3) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Election Rules, 1965
(3)As the votes polled by each candidates are displayed on the control unit, the Presiding Officer shall, -(i)record the number of votes recorded in respect of each candidates in Part II of Form 7-B for Ward-Member.(ii)fill up Part II of Form 7-B in all respect and signed by him and also by the candidates or their election agents present; and(iii)make corresponding entries in the result sheet in Form 8 for Ward-Members.
