51. Inspection of College and Other Body.
(1)Every college shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Board of Management, after obtaining the opinion of the Academic Council, may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the institution.(2)The Board of Management shall cause such institution to be inspected from time to time by one or more persons authorized by the Board of Management in this behalf.(3)The Board of Management may call upon any such college or institution so inspected to take within a specified period, such action as may appear to it to be necessary.
