6. Disposal of business.
(1)The business in a meeting shall be transacted in the order in which it is entered in the agenda unless otherwise permitted by the Chairman.(2)Every question, which may come up before the Committee, shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting on such question and one member shall cast only one vote.(3)In case of equality of votes, the Chairperson shall have a second or casting vote.Chapter - 3 Programming and planning of silkworm seed production
