Section 28(13) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(13)The University shall always strive towards overall development and promotion of the State of Manipur including extending complete support in all possible ways and in all aspects including extending advisory services, rural development, infrastructure development, promotion/ protection / preservation of culture/ language/ tradition/ heritage of the State tourism promotion, environmental protection, development of economy etcetera.
