Section 43(1) in Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994
(1)Outside and inside each polling station there shall be displayed prominently, -(a)a notice specifying the polling area, the voters of which are entitled to vote at the polling station ; and(b)a notice giving the name of each candidate in Devnagri script in the same order in which the names of such candidates appear in the list of contesting candidates published under Rule 34.
