70. Annual reports.
(1)The Board shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during that year and submit the report to the Government in such form and before such date as may be prescribed.(2)Every planning authority shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during that year and submit the report to the Director in such form and before such date as may be prescribed and the Director shall consolidate the reports and submit the same to the Government through the Board.Chapter - IX.
