99. Delegation of Powers.
(1)The University may delegate such of its go -era, as it may deem expedient to any of its authorities or to any of his officers, and may, at any time, Withdraw at its discretion any power so delegated.(2)Subject to the provisions, of this Act and the Statutes, any officer or authority of the University may delegate his or its powers to any other officer or authority or person under his or its respective control and subject to the condition that overall responsibility for the excise of the powers so delegated shall continue to vest in the officer or authority delegating such powers.
