(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:--(a)the places at which and the manner in which the substance of the notification may be published under sub-section (3) of section 3;(b)the time within which and the manner in which the amount of compensation shall be deposited under sub-section (1) of section 11;
