Section 130(4) in The M.P. Public Health Act, 1949
(4)(a)the supply in sufficient quantities of water fit for drinking and cooking purposes for the use of person resorting to the fair or festival and the proper preservation of such water;(b)the supply of sufficient quantities of clean water for animals such as horses, bullocks, or buffaloes, or the like brought to the fair;(c)washing and bathing places for person resorting to the fair or festival;
