10. Budget of Zila Parishad.
(1)The provisions of rules 5 to 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the preparation of the budget of the Zila Parishad in so for as these may be applicable to it(2)Every Zila Parishad nhall have the power to include any other item of expenditure in budget estimates in addition to the items enumerated in rule 7.
