(2)The Selection Committee for the recognition of teachers of colleges shall consist of the following members:(a)For the purpose of recognising a college teacher as a Professor, Reader or Lecturer:(i)the Vice-Chancellor;(ii)an educationist, nominated by the Chancellor;(iii)a nominee of the Syndicate;(iv)the Dean of the Faculty;(v)the Head of the Department concerned, if he is a Professor;(vi)two experts not connected with the University, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
