Section 18(1)(iii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(iii)The nomination shall be duly proposed and seconded by a member of the Apex Co-operative Organisation and shall contain the consent of the person nominated under his own signature which shall be duly attested by any member of the Apex Co-operative Organisation or by a Government Officer of the gazetted rank.
