(2)For extraordinary meetings, notices specifying the place, date and time of the meeting, as approved by the Chairman, shall be sent by the Secretary to the Chairman and the members at least seven days before the date of the meeting, under a certificate of posting, if sent by post or by telegram. The agenda, as approved by the Chairman, shall be sent under a certificate of posting, if sent by post, at least five days before the meeting.
