(1)The Board of Management shall consist of following members:-(a)The Vice-Chancellor;(b)One officer amongst from the officers nominated in the Indian Institute of Technology/Indian Institute of Management/Indian Institute of Science/Institute of National Ayurveda nominated by the Chancellor;(c)Five Persons, nominated by the Himalayiya Ayurvedic Yog Evam Prakartik Chikitsa Sansthan, Fatehpur Tanda, Jeevanwala, Dehradun.(d)Two Professor of the University, by rotation on the basis of seniority for a period of one year;(e)Two Deans of the faculties nominated by the Chancellor;"(f)Principal secretary/Secretary to the Government in the Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government. The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Board of Management and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board of Management.
