(f)Principal secretary/Secretary to the Government in the Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government. The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Board of Management and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board of Management.
