12. Powers to remove difficultie.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Code, the Commission may, by general or special order, direct State Load Despatch Centre, State Transmission Unit and/or any of the Intra-State Entities to take suitable action, not being inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, which appears to the Commission to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulties.(2)State Load Despatch Centre, State Transmission Unit and/or any of the Intra-State Entities may also make an application to the Commission and seek suitable orders to remove any difficulties that may arise in implementation of this Code.
