7. Proceedings of the meeting and minutes.
(1)The proceedings of each meeting showing, inter alia, the names of the members present thereat shall be forwarded to each member of the District Committee, as soon as possible.(2)The minutes of proceedings of the meeting shall be confirmed with such modifications, if any, as may be considered necessary at the next meeting of the District Committee and a copy thereof shall be submitted by the District Committee to the Government after such confirmation.
