Section 3(5) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006

(5)
(i)The main campus of the University shall be at Wokha in the State of Nagaland.
(ii)The University shall have power to establish other campuses, study centres etc. within the State of Nagaland for reasons of operational expediency and for broad basing the activities of the University.
