Section 30(1)(a) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998

(a)The Registrar shall, by an order in Form U, appoint the date for scrutiny of applications received in Form I under rule 3 which shall be the second day after the last date of receipt of the applications in Form I or, if that day is a public holiday, the next succeeding day which is not a public holiday.
