42. Contract.
(1)The Bureau may enter into all such contracts as it may consider necessary for giving effect to any of the provisions of the Act.(2)Every contract made under or for any purpose of the Act shall be made on behalf of the Bureau by the Director General or such other officers as may be authorised by him/her in this behalf.
