Section 1 in The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Estate Management, Sale, Transfer and Exchange of Tenements) Regulations, 1981
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Estate Management, Sale, Transfer and Exchange of Tenements) Regulations, 1981.(2)They shall apply -(a)to the estate management, sale including transactions in the nature of sale by deferred payment, transfer and exchange of Authority premises, not being premises used or to be used exclusively for office or an undeveloped site, and(b)except as provided in Part VIII, in relation to premises of the Authority in the whole of the State.(3)They shall come into force, at once.
