Section 5(1) in Inspector of Motor Vehicles, Class II, in the Gujarat State Transport Department, Competitive Examination Rules, 2011
(1)The Commission shall, on receiving the requisition from the Government, by advertisement published in the news paper widely circulated in the State call for the application in the prescribed form from the candidate possessing the required qualifications for the post specified in Rule 1.
