5. Holding of Examination.
(1)The Commission shall, on receiving the requisition from the Government, by advertisement published in the news paper widely circulated in the State call for the application in the prescribed form from the candidate possessing the required qualifications for the post specified in Rule 1.(2)The Commission shall decide the manner in which it shall conduct the Examination.(3)The date, time and the places for holding the Examination shall be decided by the Commission.(4)The candidate shall be required to attend written test and interview at his own expenses.(5)The Commission shall clarify in the advertisement for the option to be given by the candidate for Paper I of the written test as specified in the Appendix.
