(a)The Inspector may sanction the employment of adult workers in more than one factory on the same day if he is satisfied that such adult worker is allowed to work not more than forty eight hours in a week and is allowed weekly holidays as per section 52.(b)A note under the initials of the inspector shall be made in the remarks column of a Register of such workers permitted to work in more than one factory.
