Section 165 in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
165. Revenue Court.
(1)A revenue officer not below the rank of Mamlatdar, while exercising jurisdiction under this Code or any other law for the time being in force to inquire into or to decide any question arising for determination between the Government and any person or between parties to any proceedings, shall be a revenue court.(2)A revenue Court shall be deemed to be a Civil Court for the purposes of enquiries under this Code.
