Section 165(1) in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
(1)A revenue officer not below the rank of Mamlatdar, while exercising jurisdiction under this Code or any other law for the time being in force to inquire into or to decide any question arising for determination between the Government and any person or between parties to any proceedings, shall be a revenue court.
