Section 266(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)The following Rules applicable to employees of the State Government shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to officers and employees of the Board : -(i)C.G. Civil Services (General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1961(ii)C.G. Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965(iii)C.G. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966(iv)C.G. Civil Services (Medical Examination) Rules, 1972(v)C.G. Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1977(vi)C.G. Civil Services (Joining Time) Rules, 1982(vii)C.G. Ex-serviceman (Reservation of Vacancies in the State Civil Services on Posts of Class III and Class IV) Rules, 1985(viii)C.G. Civil Services (Special Provision of Appointment of Women) Rules, 1997(ix)C.G. Public Services (Promotion) Rules, 2002.
