62. [ Repeal of certain Statutes and Ordinances. [Sub-section (4) added by Gujarat No. 30 of 2003, dated 19th September 2003.]
- On the commencement of the Gujarat Ayurved University (Amendment) Act, 2003,-(i)the Standing Managing Committee shall be known as the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research, and(ii)the Statute 180 and the Ordinances 148 to 157 and any other Statutes or Ordinances relating to the said committee shall stand repealed.]
