Section 16(7) in Orissa Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, 2006 under NREGA-2005
(7)(a)Muster rolls for all works under the scheme shall be issued by the Programme Officer which shall have a unique identity number for each such Muster roll.(b)A detailed record of muster rolls will be maintained in the registers as per Forms B-3, B-4, B-5 and B-6.(c)Before starting a work, the Gram Panchayat shall inform the Programme Officer, so that the Programme Officer may issue the required muster rolls.
