Section 16(1) in The Orissa District Planning Committees Rules, 2000
(1)Outside a polling station there shall be displayed prominently -(a)the number of members to be elected and an indication of eligible voters, that is to say, elected members of the Zilla Parishad or of the Municipalities, as the case may be, and(b)a copy of the list of contesting candidates.
