Section 18(2) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(2)The amount of bid security shall be, -(i)an amount equal to the annual dead rent for mining lease; and(ii)an amount equal to the annual licence fee of same quarry boundary and in case of quarry licence in new area, nearby quarry boundary.
