18. Bid security of e-auction for mineral concession.
(1)Bid security shall be in form of electronic fund transfer (RTGS/NEFT, etc.).(2)The amount of bid security shall be, -(i)an amount equal to the annual dead rent for mining lease; and(ii)an amount equal to the annual licence fee of same quarry boundary and in case of quarry licence in new area, nearby quarry boundary.(3)Upon submission of performance security by successful bidder, bid security shall be refunded by the competent authority, if not forfeited under these rules.
