21. Meeting of the Senate.
(1)The Senate shall meet at least once a year on any date fixed by the Vice-Chancellor, to be called the annual meeting of the Senate.(2)The Vice-Chancellor may call any other meeting of the Senate whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifteen Fellows, convene a special meeting of the Senate.
