(1)The State Government may by Notification in Official Gazette make Rules to carry out the purposes of this Act or for matters connected therewith or which are required to be prescribed by Rules under provisions of this Act.(2)No such Rules shall be made by the State Government until a draft of the same shall be published in the Official Gazette for one month.
