(12)There shall be an international Planning and Advisory Board of the University which is to be constituted by the Governing Board of the University for the promotion and propagation- of the University, national and international collaboration, scientific and academic excellence, assistance and expert guidance on various matters, replication of University model and for the overall development of the University. It may consist of various eminent personalities and peoples from various cultural backgrounds including eminent educationalists/ scientist etcetera and it may assist the Governing Board and the Chancellor whenever required. They shall also assist, advise and indicate the lines on which the University shall develop.
