35. Simultaneous appearance at other examination.
(1)No candidate who is appearing in airy of the Boards Examination shall be permitted to appear simultaneously in any other examination except a competitive examination or examination conducted by professional bodies such as-Associate member of the institution of Engineers etc. for which no regular course of study in an institution is prescribed.(2)No change in the date of Boards Examination shall be made in order to accommodate or give facility to any candidate for appearing in the examination permissible under sub-section (1).
