Section 35(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)No candidate who is appearing in airy of the Boards Examination shall be permitted to appear simultaneously in any other examination except a competitive examination or examination conducted by professional bodies such as-Associate member of the institution of Engineers etc. for which no regular course of study in an institution is prescribed.
