49. Transfer of funds.
(1)The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya shall, out of its funds as on the commencement of this Adhiniyam, pay to the Vishwavidyalaya such amount as the Government may, in consultation with the Indira Gandhi Kristii Vishwavidyalaya and Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya by an order specify.(2)The State Government shall make an endeavour to issue the order under subsection (1) within 18 months of the establishment of the Vishwavidyalaya.Chapter-IX Emergency Powers of the State Government
