Section 29(1) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(1)Every candidate for admission to or exemption from the examination for the National Certificate of Supervisors shall make an application in Form P and forward the application duly filled in to the Secretary, West Bengal Licensing Board (Electrical), together with the following documents:(a)testimonials of practical experience in Electrical installation work;(b)a true copy of Electrical Supervisor's Certificate of Competent (S.C.C.) or Electrical Workman's Permit (W.P.) if any;(c)a challan or receipt in support of payment of the requisite fee (Annexure-IV); and(d)three copies of a recent photograph (size 50.80 mm X 63.50 mm) bearing self-signature or thumb impression on their back.
