10. Preparation of annual budget estimates.
(1)The financial year of the Board shall begin from the 1st, April.(2)The Board shall prepare before the 31st March every year the annual budget estimates of its income and expenditure for the next financial year in the form to be prescribed by the Board.(3)The revised and supplementary budget estimates of the Board shall be prepared in such manner and before such dates as the Board may lay down.(4)The Board shall prepare annual accounts of its receipts and expenditure in such manner and before such date as may be laid down by the Board.
