(a)The license to be issued under section 30(3) of the Police Act, 1861, shall be in B.P. Form No. 8 and shall be prepared as directed in regulations 138 and 139.(b)The officer issuing the license may alter or omit any of the conditions printed in the form and may impose any other conditions to suit the needs of any particular occasion or locality.
