11. Appearance at the examination.
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the Examination unless the Commission is satisfied that -(i)the candidate possesses the requisite qualifications under the recruitment rules of the post;(ii)he has paid the requisite fees along with the application;(iii)he possesses the requisite physique and age as prescribed under the recruitment rules of the post.(2)The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility of a candidate for admission to . the Examination shall be final. The candidate who does not qualify shall not be permitted to appear at the Examination.
