Section 18(1) in The West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education Act, 1995.
(1)The Council shall constitute -(a)a Board of Studies for all the branches of engineering, technology, safety and such other disciplines as the Council may consider necessary;(b)A Board of Examinations to look after, and manage, all matters relating to examinations in different branches of engineering and technology and in such other disciplines as the Council may require, and shall arrange for publication of results of such examination.
