Section 18(1)(b) in The West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education Act, 1995.

(b)A Board of Examinations to look after, and manage, all matters relating to examinations in different branches of engineering and technology and in such other disciplines as the Council may require, and shall arrange for publication of results of such examination.
