Section 87(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(1)Selection Committee for selection of persons for appointment as ministerial staff members Grades C and D shall consist of the following members, namely :-(i)One Director/Dean to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.(ii)The Registrar.(iii)One Associate Dean to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.(iv)One Head of Department to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.(v)One District Social Welfare Officer of the Social Welfare Department to be nominated by the Director of Social Welfare; Maharashtra State.
