14. Withdrawal of candidature. [(Section 37 and Section 65(2)(b)].
(1)Any candidate may withdraw his candidate by notice in writing signed by him and delivered to the Returning Officer before the date fixed under clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 10.(2)A candidate who has withdrawn his candidature under sub-rule (1) shall not be allowed to cancel the withdrawal or to be renominated as candidate for the same election.
