Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Flood Affected Areas Cultivating Tenants (Temporary Relief) Act, 1986
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Flood Affected Areas Cultivating Tenants (Temporary Relief) Act, 1986.(2)It shall come into force at once and shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 30th day of September 1986.(3)It applies to all cultivating tenants in the flood affected areas.
