1. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Judgment dated 31.01.2025, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(C) 10023/2016, titled G L Sagar v. EDCIL (India) Ltd. & Anr.
2. We are informed that the Impugned Order was also challenged by the respondents in the form of an appeal being LPA no. 187/2025 titled EDCIL India Ltd. v. G L Sagar, which has been disposed of by a Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr.Justice C.Hari Shankar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Digpaul, vide Judgment dated 10.03.2025.
3. In view of the above and subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, list this appeal and applications before the same Bench on 7th May, 2025.
