Section 18(3)(ii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(ii)When the vacancy arises, the Registrar shall forward the panel to the State Government for nominating one person from amongst the panel, after he has got the panel verified from the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Apex Co-operative Organisations.
