47. Power to make Regulations.
- The Board may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: -(a)the procedure to be followed at the meetings of the Board and the Committees appointed by the Board and the number of members required to form a quorum for such meetings;(b)the allowances which may be drawn by members of the Board and the Committees appointed by the Board;(c)any matter solely concerning the Board and its Committees not provided for by this Act and the rules made thereunder.
